Spiced Healthy Vegan French Toast With Peaches

I’m back with another epic recipe to help satisfy that sweet tooth! This french toast like you’ve never seen it before! You’ll be glad to know that this recipe is actually naturally sweetened ONLY using fruit! Sweetly spiced slices of sourdough toast topped with caramelized peaches. It’s moist, perfectly sweet and everything that you want in a good bite of this vegan french toast.

Spiced Healthy Vegan French Toast With Peaches


Serves 2


  • 4 washed peaches

  • 4 slices multigrain bread

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup


METHOD:


Place in a bowl the milk, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; wisk all toguether and let it set for 2 minutes.


Cut the peaches as you desire and place in a hot pan and add the maple syrup, cinamon and nutmeg you can add this as you desire how spice and flavour you want.


Take the slices and soak it in the bowl (make sure it's all wet) afterward place in the pan with lower temperature make sure to flip it over in case it burns.


Serve in a plate the bread and garnish it with the peaches and drizzed with some maple syrup.

TIP

You can use more cinnamon, nutmeg and syrup as you desire. Also you can add some Vanilla syrup mixed with the wet ingredients.
