Anyone who knows me or follows my Instagram account will know that I love food.
I am here as I promise you, my first blog of many.Today I am totally inspired, I'm sitting in a hut letting my thoughts flow. After having my breakfast I went on a day trip to a creek and I loved it even though it was rainy, being connected with our mother earth is priceless, listen the stream of the creek, wind, birds singing and the drops falling over and crushing to the leafs it was certainly a perfect day.
I know I sound very poetic if it is the right word to say it LOL... Anyway let's jump to the recipe which that's why you are here.

Pureza Healthy Goddess Bowl
Serves 2
500 g frozen mango
1 large banana
1 teaspoon spirulina
Dash of almond milk
Frozen berries
Granola (see tip)
Coconut flakes
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
METHOD:
Place in the processor the mango, banana, spirulina and the milk, blend it till smooth for about 1 minute or more as you desire.
Place in a bowl the smoothie and topped it with berries, granola, coconut flakes, peanut butter with a drizzle of maple syrup.
