Vegan Choc Crunch Granola / Granola Vegana de Chocolate Hecho en Casa

Hello world, It's been a while since last post.

This Vegan Granola recipe is easy, crunchy and healthy and a perfect breakfast.


Baked with loved on the Sunshine of Queensland.

Vegan Choc Crunch Granola / Granola Vegana de Chocolate Hecho en Casa


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


METHOD:


Place in a empty bowl the coconut oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and the salt; mix it till everything is incorporated after it add the oats and keep mixing till the last oat is cover with the chocolate mix.


Place in a tray the granola and bake at 175/350 for 15 to 20 minutes .

TIP


Chocolate chips add after baking.

Top it with any fruit you desire.

Store Your Granola in the Fridge for maxiumum crunch. Don’t ask me why, but it makes a huge difference.
